DMCA Policy
Mini Cupcakes respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws. This policy outlines the procedure for filing a copyright infringement notice and a counter-notification with Mini Cupcakes.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Mini Cupcakes website or service, please send a written notification to our Copyright Agent with the following information:

- Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent with the following information:
- Identification of the removed material: Identify the specific URLs or other unique identifying information of material that Mini Cupcakes has removed or to which access has been disabled.
- Statement of good faith belief: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which Mini Cupcakes may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
